Welcome to Environmental Science Class

Environmental Science is an exciting course where students will be learning about earth- interactions between abiotic and biotic factors, how ecosystems work, energy resources, and human populations. Students using will use their prior knowledge from their Earth Science, Life Science and physical science courses will learn basic concepts of environmental science.  Students find the course content interesting because they are learning what is happening in the world around them.  In this course student learn how human activities affect the earth and will find out if what we do as humans is sustainable.  If you hear your child having an interest in the environment and is concern about its well-being, it is because of what they are learning in the environmental science class.
