WEEK 4: September 7 - 11, 2020
Lesson Standard(s):
  • MGSE9-12.A.APR.1 - Add, subtract, and multiply polynomials; understand that polynomials form a system analogous to the integers in that they are closed under these operations.
  • MGSE9-12.N.RN.3 - Explain why the sum or product of rational numbers is rational; why the sum of a rational number and an irrational number is irrational; and why the product of a nonzero rational number and an irrational number is irrational.
Weekly Learning Targets:
  1. I can effectively navigate and utilize Microsoft Teams and Class Notebooks to view/submit assignments, post discussion responses, attend live instructional sessions via video conferencing, and professionally communicate with teacher(s) and peers.
  2. I can add, subtract, and multiply polynomials.
  3. I can define rational numbers and irrational numbers.
  4. I can classify a number as rational or irrational.
  5. I can apply the properties of rational numbers and irrational numbers.
