My name is Shavonda Wright and I am originally from Wetumpka, AL.  I attended Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. where I earned a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice. I also have a M. Ed in Special Education from Capella University. I'm a 14-year veteran teacher who has taught in Dekalb County school system. This will be my second year as an Interrelated teacher at Miller Grove High School where I am also the Head Girls Basketball Coach.  I am an educator/coach that is dedicated to academics and the overall betterment of our student-athletes here at MGHS.
