I relocated to Georgia where I became a passionate and exceptional educator where I focus on providing students with individualized learning. I began my educational career by obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Ala. After graduation, I relocated to Decatur, Ga where I began working as a One-on-One paraprofessional at Miller Grove Middle School. I continued my professional career as an Interrelated Paraprofessional at Miller Grove High School educating students in our exceptional education department.
I am currently attending Piedmont college obtaining a Master of Art in Education (Middle Grades). My current area of concentration focus is in English Language Arts (ELA) and Social Studies. As of now I currently hold a valid Paraprofessional certification along with a certification in adaptive learning in the special education general curriculum. I will continue to enhance my educational skills to ensure the success of myself and my students.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy crafting, sewing, painting, and most of all spending time with my family and friends.
