  1. To assist the administration on any matters requested of us and to carry out our duties to the best of our abilities

Behavior & Grade Requirements:

Miller Grove High School Freshmen Council members are expected to be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA Requirement of 3.0. If a candidate’s GPA is under 3.0, he or she must get a recommendation letter (an actual written letter) stating why the candidate will be a good fit for the freshmen council. If elected, failure to comply with these requirements will result in a probationary period until grades are increased. Probation means that you may not be a part of the fun stuff for a little while, but it could result in dismissal from Student Council if grades do not increase within one month.

9th Grade Class Representatives

The primary role of the 9th grade Student Council is to help their classmates become familiar and comfortable with the MGHS community and begin to build class spirit. The 9th grade Student Council Class Representatives will have a primary role in planning events for their class as well as helping MGHS faculty and administration understand how we could best meet the needs of the 9th grade class.
